Refund Policy Mandatory Unboxing video required for any refund. Right from opening the package and checking the condition of the products RETURNS/ EXCHANGE We do not offer returns or exchange unless the product is damaged or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at with a picture attachment of the incorrect or damaged product and a complete video showing the damaged product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
